New Yorker cover

Brief:

Create a conceptual illustration with a political theme, suitable for a New Yorker magazine cover and/or poster art. Use critical thinking, synthesize skills and ask who is the audience?

Approach:

I chose to illustrate a metaphor of Ruth Bader Ginsberg as superhero breaking the glass ceiling. I incorporated some classic comic book textures and muted the colors beneath the glass for added depth.
